We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders—no hidden fees, no surprises. Depending on inventory and handling requirements, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

- FedEx has suspended its Money-Back Guarantee on most services. Details
Expedited shipping is processed Monday–Friday, with the following cut-off times (Arizona Time):
- FedEx: Orders placed before 1:00 PM
- UPS: Orders placed before 3:00 PM
Carrier selection is based on the fastest available method. Expedited shipping may require handling time, especially for custom or out-of-stock items.
Shipping Times & Handling Notes
- Monday–Friday shipping only. We are closed on weekends.
- Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.
- You’ll receive updates when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered.
- Orders above $300 may require signature confirmation.
- Pool pumps and vacuums will always require a signature.
- Some items may ship separately and from different warehouses.
Special Handling Time
- A&A/Paramount products: 3–5 business days.
- Caretaker items: 5–7 business days.
- Custom orders: May require longer lead times (see below).
International Shipping
We currently ship to: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
- All international sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Customs/duties are not included.
- Returned/undeliverable international shipments are at the customer’s expense.
Return Policy
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via our Return Page or contact us directly.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all included materials (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
Return Guidelines:
- You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
- If you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing contents are subject to a restocking fee.
- Returns without an RMA may be delayed or denied.
Restocking Fees May Apply:
- Standard returns: 20% restocking fee
- Refused deliveries or carrier-returned packages: 20–50%
- Custom order cancellations: Non-refundable, except in rare, delayed-delivery cases (>120 days)
Custom Orders
- Require full payment or a 50% deposit for large orders.
- All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Lead times will be confirmed before processing.
- Deposits cannot be transferred or reinstated.
Carrier Restrictions & Freight
- No address changes after shipment.
- LTL Freight Deliveries (e.g., heaters, filters, and automation) are curbside only and must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
USPS Notices
- USPS First Class and Priority Mail are not guaranteed services. Delivery estimates may vary.
- Allow 7–10 business days for USPS delivery.
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but the item has not arrived, please allow 48–72 hours before contacting support.
