Hayward CELL (6LB/DAY) Chlorine Generator | HCXSCELL6 is a replacement cell designed for the Hayward Saline C 6.0 Commercial Salt Chlorine Generator. This system is engineered to produce up to 6 pounds of chlorine per day, providing consistent sanitization for commercial swimming pools.

• Salt Conversion: The system operates by electrolyzing sodium chloride (common salt) added to the pool water. Using electrolysis, the salt is converted into free chlorine, which serves as a sanitizer to eliminate bacteria and maintain water clarity. 
• Chlorine Production: The HCXSCELL6 cell is the core component where electrolysis occurs. As pool water passes through the cell, electrical energy transforms the dissolved salt into chlorine. This process continuously replenishes the chlorine level in the pool, ensuring effective sanitization.
• Self-Cleaning Feature: The cell is equipped with a self-cleaning function that helps prevent scale buildup, and extending the cell's lifespan.
